Hannah is a South African swimmer from Cape Town who competes in 100m and 200m backstroke.
What are some of your most memorable moments or achievements?
My most memorable moment was definitely swimming in the 200 back semifinal at the World Championships. Walking out onto the pool deck with your heroes beside you is an absolutely surreal experience.
What are some of your top tips?
My top tip is definitely to enjoy yourself and remember that it's all about "the climb." If you're too focused on the end goal, you might forget to take in all the beautiful memories along the way.
Apart from swimming, what do you do for fun?
In my spare time you will probably find me at my favourite breakfast place (Bakehouse) or reading a book.
What is your favourite Speedo product and why?
Definitely the Speedsocket goggles! I tried them on for the first time 7 years ago, and I vouched to never touch another pair of goggles. Nothing will ever come close to being as comfortable. And let's not forget about the nose clips!
