Sash's Post-Training Berry Smoothie

My post training smoothie is the perfect on-the-go meal. It's quick and easy to make and super convenient to drink on the way from swimming to gym. It allows me to recover and refuel myself after my swim session, as well as ensures I have enough energy to keep me going for the next session.

Ingredients

  • 100g Blueberries
  • 175ml Yoghurt
  • 20g Whey
  • 50g Future Life
  • 2 tbsp chopped raw nuts
  • ½ cup water for blending (more if needed)

Preparation

  • Add the tiniest bit of water because I'm more of a smoothie bowl kind of girl than a smoothie girl.
  • Blend it all up in my NutriBullet and I'm ready to head straight from the pool to gym.
